This project was a 5-floor multiphase renovation located in the Legacy Tower.

We did the initial buildout when this client moved in 15 years earlier. It was nice to see that our millwork was still in good working condition. The client was just ready for a new look.

The main floor had a walnut theme. The architect specified AWI Premium grade woodwork with AA Walnut, quarter sawn, slip matched and sequenced. It was challenging to find a large enough quantity of veneer due to the volume of paneling. The other 4 floors kept the existing cherry paneling so our new woodwork followed suite.

Our scope of work including wood wall paneling, cabinets, counters, and conference room tables. We also had custom stone cut to fit into the furniture suppliers end tables.
